- 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped (more if you dare!)
- 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 scoop collagen protein
- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- handful of fresh organic spinach
- palmful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
- 1 cup of almond or other non-dairy milk
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, mix thoroughly and enjoy!
