Ingredients
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped (more if you dare!)
  • 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 scoop collagen protein
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
  • handful of fresh organic spinach
  • palmful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
  • 1 cup of almond or other non-dairy milk
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, mix thoroughly and enjoy!
