The truth is, we get to CHOOSE what we think, how we feel and how we act.

And when you learn how to calm your nervous system and create more awareness, you free yourself up for more CHOICE in all areas of your life.

So join me for a simple 7 Day Yoga & Journaling Challenge to put our focus on collectively getting our head + hearts together!

>>> HOW THIS CHALLENGE IS GOING TO WORK:

I’m going to email you ONE YOGA POSE + ONE JOURNAL PROMPT daily 

YOUR COMMITMENT:

  1. Practice the yoga pose (consult your doctor if you need to before starting this or any exercise regimen)…
  2. Write in your journal following the ‘prompt’ I send you for that day.
