  • silently suffering from anxiety 
  • struggling with insomnia
  • chronically depressed
  • feeling hopeless about our future
  • achy, stiff and off balance

The good news is, it's all a lie.

The truth is, we get to CHOOSE what we think, how we feel and how we respond to people, places and things.

Creating the health and life you truly want requires your awareness of what's going on in your life, your body and your feelings. Engaging in activities like yoga and journaling are tools you can use to create that awareness and begin exerting more CHOICE and more FREEDOM in your life. Take this first step:

YOUR COMMITMENT:

Practice the yoga pose and write in your journal following the 'prompt' I send you for that day. As always, consult your doctor if you need to before starting this or any exercise regimen.
