Welcome! If you’ve landed here it’s because you’re looking for a change in your life. You’re probably tired of making promises to yourself and not keeping them. What’s even more frustrating is NOT being able to understand why you can’t get out of your own way!!! Why do you keep doing the same things over and over? Is making a change in your life, always this hard? Why can’t you follow through on what you say you’re going to do? Well love, that’s exactly what we’re going to work on!
Over the 3 days of this challenge, we’re going to explore exactly what you’re thinking, feeling and believing about yourself, your life, the world around you and the possibilities that exist for you. And we’re going to begin to uncover the stories you’re making up that are keeping you safe — and stuck in cycles you’re ready to end!
Improved physical symptoms: better sleep, mood, energy. Improved blood sugar and hormone balance. More effective digestion and immune function/response. Lowered inflammation and thus decrease in pain. Shifting of your metabolism for improved and easier weight loss.
A more empowering and useful way of thinking, feeling, saying things to and about yourself, about your life, about what is possible for you to be, do or have
Feeling more at peace, confident and balanced so that you’re naturally motivated to keep the progress going by continuing to do the things to make that possible.
A positive shifting of the people, places and things you experience in your daily life simply by being in more control of your thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions.
When you learn how to change up the stories you tell yourself you free up space to create more CHOICE in all areas of life. More choice = more of what you want!
Dates: Monday, February 24th – Wednesday, February 26th

If you can’t make one of the sessions, no worries. The videos will be recorded and will be available to watch the replay until midnight on March 2nd.
Day 1: Defining your stories — what ARE those things you say/feel/believe about yourself, about your life, the world, etc. that are on constant repeat in your head holding you separate from all of the things you’d like to be experiencing in your life.
Day 2: Understanding the positive intentions of our stories — as humans, most of the things we do (or don’t do) is for a reason. Getting clear on those reasons is a key component for shifting away from self-sabotage via our stories.
Day 3: Writing a new story — we’ll begin to dismantle the old stories by rewriting new, more empowering stories for ourselves.
