I’ll keep this short and quick, so you can press play and get all the details about this challenge. But, I will highlight four reasons why you really should consider joining in the fun!
- I’m taking this challenge up a few notches compared to the June and July challenges. I’ve invited my good friend, Christine Rivera, who is a personal trainer so we can join forces to bring you a Smoothie and Fitness Challenge.
- I’ve hand-picked superfoods for you to add to your smoothies to give your body a significant boost.
- We’ve made this challenge adaptable for everybody whether you’re a health nut or a health newbie! Which means you can join and still benefit even if you have never made a smoothie and don’t know how, or you want to take your smoothies to the next level.
- We’ve also made the fitness portion with both ends of the fitness spectrum in mind. Christine will show you how to move your body for a more intense workout, and I’m the moderator to show you how to take it easy and still get results when you get moving.
