Matcha Latte, Bulletproof-Style

 

 
Ingredients
  • 1-2 teaspoons of organic matcha powder
  • 2 scoops Collagen Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup Coconut Milk (or other nut milk of your preference)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • ¼ - ½ cup hot (but not boiling) water
  • Raw honey or maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
  1. Add a teaspoon of matcha to your coffee mug.
  2. Add 2-3 tablespoons hot, but not boiling water
  3. Whisk using the bamboo chasen
  4. Add a little more hot water, to fill the mug halfway
  5. Add ~1 teaspoon of honey, dash of vanilla extract, 1-2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collages Peptides, and warmed milk of choice
  6. Top off with a little more water, if needed
